Raj Singh

Director

Prior to establishing SFR Capital with Garth Lovelace, Raj was Director of Colliers International’s industrial division and was responsible to head up a team comprising Perth’s leading industrial operators – ensuring delivery of outstanding service and results to clients while growing the agency’s business across all key sectors of the market.

Raj has over 17 years of experience in commercial property in Australia and NZ and involved in transactions over $700million.

He has extensive experience in commercial and industrial property together with a strong track record in applying management skills and strategic thinking to achieve successful business growth.

Garth Lovelace

Director

Garth is the Managing Director of SFR Capital Pty Ltd and has over 30 years of financial services experience. He is disciplined in all facets of financial services including, Taxation, Real Estate, Financial Planning, SMSF’s. His expertise in Estate planning and as the Managing Director of SFR Legal further demonstrates his holistic financial knowledge. Garth is a big believer that property is a key component of most people’s financial security.

Dean Sampson CFP

Investment Officer

Dean is a responsible officer of SFR Advisory that manages over $300 Million of mainly direct investments such as equities and property. In addition, as a CFP with over 17 years financial services experience and a property Investor himself, he is well equipped in providing guidance as an Investment Officer to SFR Capital.

His focus lies with assessing each investment asset taking into account potential returns verses risks for SFR Capital investment portfolio and opportunities. He works closely with the asset management team to deliver better investment outcomes within acceptable risk parameters.

Lauren Lovelace

Investor Relations Manager

Lauren is head of investor relations of SFR Capital and has over 10 years’ experience of strategic and operational leadership in property, including sales and marketing. Within the property industry Lauren has significant experience (holds a triennial certificate and has transacted over $88 million of sales) in the development of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties across Australia and Singapore.

Lauren leads the internal business operations of SFR Capital and is responsible for customer relations, technology, compliance and marketing. Lauren has been instrumental in incorporating the very latest global client relationship management technology and marketing technology available. This will place SFR Capital in the forefront in distributing opportunities in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand to professional and discerning investors.

Vinh Nguyen

Legal and Compliance Consultant

Vinh is a trusted legal Consultant at SFR Capital with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. He has a double degree in Law and Commerce (majoring in finance, money and banking) from University of Western Australia (UWA). Vinh is passionate about helping people and proudly sits on the Council of Wanneroo where he is strong advocate for his community. Vinh migrated from Vietnam to Australia so he is very equipped with the legal knowledge and processes of migration and FIRB purchasing. Vinh started his career as a Judge’s Associate in the Federal Court of Australia and Federal Circuit of Australia, where he has gained valuable court experience which has proven to be an advantage for SFR Legal and Capital clients.

Alvina Wang

Accounts Manager

Alvina has been part of the SFR Group for over 9 years and is a trusted member of the SFR Capital team. She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance as well as completed her Realestate License in Commercial and Residential Management. Alvina’s thorough technical ability and communication skills poise her as a great addition to SFR Capital team and for our clients. She can also speak fluent Mandarin offering translation assistance for our overseas clients and investors.
